Come and see our amazing work for yourselves with a demonstration by our Bio Detection Dogs and a talk about the life-changing impact our Medical Alert Assistance Dogs have on the clients they save every day.
Our welcome days give you a unique opportunity to see our dogs in action detecting the smell of diseases like cancer, Parkinson’s and malaria , and to hear from people who place their lives in the paws of dogs we’ve trained specially to detect when their smell changes before a medical emergency.
We promise you a fascinating and sometimes quite emotional experience – and the best cake!
We receive no government funding and rely entirely on the generosity of supporters to carry out our life-saving work so there is a suggested donation of £10 for each person attending.
These sessions take place at our training centre:

Please note that regrettably our Welcome Day sessions will be cancelled until the end of May, and new bookings are frozen for the time being.
If you were booked onto a cancelled session then we will contact you in due course when we are able to take new bookings.
If you are booked onto a session from June onwards, we are hoping to be able to run the days as planned, though of course we will be keeping a close eye on the situation, and will update you by email should this change.
