Bournemouth Half Marathon 5 October 2019. Registration fee: £20. Minimum sponsorship pledge: £300

Supersonic 10K 6 October 2019. Registration fee: £15. Minimum sponsorship pledge: £195

BMF Supernova 5K 6 October 2019. Registration fee: £15. Minimum sponsorship pledge: £195
