Dogs Day Out

Dogs Day Out 2018 Sunday 8th April 2018 **CANCELLED**
Swanbourne Park, MK17 0HZ

**Due to the heavy rain, which has left the ground waterlogged and unsafe for visitors, it is with great regret that we have cancelled Dogs Day Out this Sunday 8 April.**

We are sorry to disappoint everyone who was looking forward to another fun day, but we hope you will join us at next year’s event.

Come and join the staff and volunteers of Medical Detection Dogs in Swanbourne Park for this year’s Dogs’ Day Out event.

A fun day out for your dogs and all the family, Dogs Day Out 2018 offers plenty for dogs of all abilities and for children and adults too.

For the canine visitors, there are gun dog scurry events to compete in, a Kennel Club Registered Companion Dog Show offering pedigree and novelty classes, and a variety of have-a-go events such as agility and obedience.

Children will enjoy our fun rides, rifle shooting, archery, axe throwing, tractor rides and bouncy castle, while adult visitors can take part in the raffle or browse our selection of stalls.

Feeling peckish? We offer plenty of local fare including a hog roast, vintage food van, fish and chips and ice cream, as well as our popular tea tent and beer stall.

This day is a fundraising event for Medical Detection Dogs where we want everyone to all have fun, so please come and join us on Sunday 8th April 2018.  Gates open at 10.30am and the event concludes with prize giving at 3.20pm. Entry is just £1 per person (children under 10 free) with all proceeds going to Medical Detection Dogs.
